On November 11st, 2021, Shi (Clients ID:03137818) conducted frequent order cancellation on Crude Oil Futures Contract（Sc）2202 for the 3 rd time, which requires the Shanghai International Energy Exchange(hereinafter referred to as “INE”) to take actions pursuant to the Article 13 of the Rules of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange for the Administration of Abnormal Trading Behaviors. INE therefore decides to restrict the opening of any new positions by this client on Crude Oil Futures contracts for 1 month.
