On November 1st 2021, Liu (Clients ID:05060573) conducted frequent order cancellation on Low Sulfur Fuel Oil Futures（Lu）2202 contract for the 3rd time, which requires the Shanghai International Energy Exchange(hereinafter referred to as “INE”) to take actions pursuant to the Article 13 of the Rules of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange for the Administration of Abnormal Trading Behaviors. INE therefore decides to restrict the opening of any new positions by this client on Low Sulfur Fuel Oil Futures contracts for 1 month.
