Upon deliberation of the Board of Directors, and in accordance with the Overseas Special Participants Management Rules of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange and relevant provisions, Shanghai International Energy Exchange (INE) hereby approves Asia Pacific Futures Pte. Ltd. to be the Overseas Special Brokerage Participant of INE.

Within ninety days since the receipt of this approval, Asia Pacific Futures Pte. Ltd. shall enter into an agreement with INE and complete relevant admission procedures. Otherwise, the company will be deemed to have voluntarily given up its admission qualification.

INE hereby notifies as the above.
