Upon deliberation of the Board of Directors, and in accordance with the Membership Management Rules of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange and relevant provisions, Shanghai International Energy Exchange (INE) hereby approves Shandong GangXin Futures Co. Ltd. to be the member of INE.

Within thirty trading days since the receipt of this approval, Shandong GangXin Futures Co. Ltd. shall enter into an agreement with INE and complete relevant admission procedures. Otherwise, the company will be deemed to have voluntarily given up its admission qualification.

INE hereby notifies as the above.
