Notice on Resolution Decisions of Rules Violation

Concerning parties:
Ma Chao, born in Suzhou, Anhui, in 1983.
Yi Zhigen, born in Pingxiang, Jiangxi in 1981.
Yi Na, born in Suzhou, Anhui in 1990.
Huang Haiyan, born in Pingxiang, Jiangxi, in 1989.

From April 30, 2019 to June 25, 2019, Yi Zhigen, Yi Na, and Huang Haiyan, together with Ma Chao, the actual controller of their trading accounts, frequently placed and canceled orders, but not for the purpose of transaction, and conducted transactions contrary to the false order placement on SC1906, SC 1907, SC1908 contracts.

The above-mentioned conducts have violated the provision in Article 29, paragraph 1, section 4 of the Enforcement Rules of Shanghai International Energy Exchange, which is not intended for the purpose of transaction or knowingly declared that the order cannot be executed, still maliciously or continuously enters the trading order to affect or attempt to affect the futures trading price, disrupt the market order or transfer funds.

Accordingly, Shanghai International Energy Exchange decides to give Ma Chao, Yi Zhigen, Yi Na, Huang Haiyan a reprimand, suspend the position opening of Ma Chao, Yi Zhigen, Yi Na, Huang Haiyan for three(3) months, forfeit the illegal earnings in Ma Chao, Yi Zhigen, Yi Na, Huang Haiyan’s accounts, totaling of RMB 142,631.56.

Relevant futures companies should strengthen the client compliance education, as well as the monitoring and management of online trading, and prevent the recurrence of similar incidents.

The resolution decisions of rule violation will be recorded in the Securities and Futures Market Credibility File Database.
