This is to acknowledge our receipt of the application of Yangshan Shengang International Oil Logistics Co., Ltd. to increase the storage capacity for Low Sulfur Fuel Oil (LSFO) futures. In accordance with the Delivery Rules of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange and other applicable rules, we hereby issue the following response based on inspection and review results:

We approve the approved storage capacity for LSFO futures of Yangshan Shengang International Oil Logistics Co., Ltd., which is located in Shenjiawan Terminal, Yangshan Deepwater Port, Shanghai, to be increased from 50,000 tons to 150,000 tons, and the active storage capacity is 150,000 tons.

As of the date of this notice, Yangshan Shengang International Oil Logistics Co., Ltd. shall offer Designated Delivery Storage Facility services within the increased active storage capacity, strictly abide by all relevant rules, strengthen operation management, and ensure the sound functioning of such services.
