On March 8th, 2021, Liao(Clients ID:00874633) conducted self trading on Crude Oil Futures（SC）2110 contract for the 3rd time. Therefore, the Shanghai International Energy Exchange (hereinafter referred to as “INE”) decides to take actions pursuant to the Article 13 of the Rules of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange for the Administration of Abnormal Trading Behaviors. INE will restrict the opening of any new positions by this client on Crude Oil Futures contracts for 1 month.
