This is to acknowledge our receipt of the application of Qingdao Haiye Mercuria Storge Co.,Ltd. as the delivery storage facility for crude oil futures. In accordance with the Delivery Rules of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange and other applicable rules, we hereby issue the following response based on inspection and review results:

We approve Qingdao Haiye Mercuria Storge Co.,Ltd. to be the delivery storage facility for crude oil futures.

As of the date of this notice, we approve the crude oil depot of Qingdao Haiye Mercuria Storge Co.,Ltd., located on No. 88 Gangrun Avenue,Dong Jiakou Port, Huangdao District, Qingdao, Shandong Province, to be the storage location of crude oil futures, with an active storage capacity of 400,000 m³ and an approved storage capacity of 1000,000 m³.

All concerning parties shall attach great importance to relevant business, so as to guarantee the normal and sound delivery.
