According to the Company Law, the Regulations on the Administration of Futures Trading and other laws and regulations, INE revised the relevant provisions in the Articles of Association regarding business scope and residence. After being approved by the shareholders’ general meeting of Shanghai International Energy Exchange (INE) and reported to China Securities Regulatory Commission, INE has officially published the Amendment of the Articles of Association of Shanghai International Energy Exchange Co., Ltd.

The Chinese versions of the above Amendment can be found on the Chinese Website. In the event of any inconsistency between the Chinese version and English translation, the Chinese version shall prevail.
