This is to acknowledge our receipt of the application of Sinopec Petroleum Reserve Co., Ltd. to add the storage point for crude oil futures. In accordance with the Delivery Rules of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange and other applicable rules, we hereby issue the following response:

We approve the storage point of Sinopec Petroleum Reserve Co., Ltd. Zhanjiang Branch, located on Xinggang Avenue, Lingang Industrial Zone, Zhanjiang, Guangdong Province, as the storage point for crude oil futures, with an approved storage capacity of 600,000 m³ and an active storage capacity of 400,000 m³.

We approve the storage point of Sinopec Petroleum Reserve Co., Ltd., Caofeidian Branch, located on Caofeidian Industrial Zone, Tangshan, Hebei Province, as the storage point for crude oil futures, with an approved storage capacity of 1,000,000 m³ and an active storage capacity of 400,000 m³.

As of the date of this notice, Sinopec Petroleum Reserve Co., Ltd. shall offer Designated Delivery Storage Facility services within the approved storage capacity, strictly abide by all relevant rules, strengthen operation management, and ensure the sound functioning of such services.
