Recently，the Shanghai International Energy Exchange (hereinafter referred to as “INE”) has received application materials of Shanghai Zhongchu Materials Inspection Co., Ltd.

In accordance with the applicable rules of INE, we hereby notify as follows:

1. Approve Shanghai Zhongchu Materials Inspection Co., Ltd. to be the Designated Inspection Agencies of INE for TSR 20 futures.

2. Since the date of the notice, Shanghai Zhongchu Materials Inspection Co., Ltd. shall conduct business and strengthen management as per the INE Inspection Rules of TSR 20 Futures to ensure that the concerning inspection business can run normally and orderly.

All concerning parties shall attach great importance to relevant business and make sure that the delivery process run smoothly.

INE hereby notifies as the above.
