This is to acknowledge our receipt of the application of Dalian North Oil Petroleum Logistics Co.,Ltd. as the designated delivery storage facility for crude oil futures. In accordance with the Delivery Rules of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange and other applicable rules, we hereby issue the following response based on inspection and review results:

We approve Dalian North Oil Petroleum Logistics Co.,Ltd. to be the designated delivery storage facility for crude oil futures.

As of the date of this notice, we approve the crude oil depot of Dalian North Oil Petroleum Logistics Co.,Ltd., located on Sha Tuozi, New Port, Dalian Bonded Zone, Dalian, Liaoning Province, to be the storage location of crude oil futures, with an active storage capacity of 100,000 m3 and an approved storage capacity of 400,000 m3.

All concerning parties shall attach great importance to relevant business, so as to guarantee the normal and sound delivery
