Pursuant to the Circular on Issues Concerning the Holiday Schedule for Year 2020 (ZJBF [2019] No.70 ) issued by the General Office of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (“CSRC”), Shanghai International Energy Exchange (“INE”) hereby announces the following trading schedule during national holidays for year 2020:

1. New Year’s Day: INE closes on January 1, 2020 (Wednesday), and opens as usual from January 2, 2020 (Thursday). There is no continuous trading on December 31, 2019 (Tuesday).

2. Spring Festival: INE closes on holidays from January 24, 2020 (Friday) to January 30, 2020 (Thursday), and opens as usual from January 31, 2020 (Friday). It also closes on January 19, 2020 (Sunday) and February 1, 2020 (Saturday). There is no continuous trading on January 23, 2020 (Thursday).

3. Ching Ming Festival (The Tomb-Sweeping Day): INE closes from April 4, 2020 (Saturday) to April 6, 2020 (Monday), and opens as usual from April 7, 2020 (Tuesday). There is no continuous trading on April 3, 2020 (Friday). 

4. International Labor Day: INE closes from May 1, 2020 (Friday) to May 5, 2020 (Tuesday), and opens as usual from May 6, 2020 (Wednesday). It also closes on April 26, 2020 (Sunday) and May 9, 2020 (Saturday). There is no continuous trading on April 30, 2020 (Thursday).

5. The Dragon Boat Festival: INE closes on holidays from June 25, 2020 (Thursday) to June 27, 2020 (Saturday), closes on June 28, 2020 (Sunday), and opens as usual from June 29, 2020 (Monday). There is no continuous trading on June 24, 2020 (Wednesday).

6. The Mid-Autumn Festival and the National Day: INE closes on holidays from October 1, 2020 (Thursday) to October 8, 2020 (Thursday), and opens as usual from October 9, 2020 (Friday). It also closes on September 27, 2020 (Sunday) and October 10, 2020 (Saturday). There is no continuous trading on September 30, 2020 (Wednesday).

All members, designated futures margin depository banks, certified delivery warehouses and investors shall make corresponding arrangements as per this schedule, adopt effective measures for risk management and jointly safeguard smooth and sound market operation.
