      Since its launching on March 18, 2019, the second generation market data publishing platform of Shanghai International Energy Exchange has run smoothly with fairly good effect. We decide to close the order book query function in the trading API, which is arranged as follows:  

1.   We will reduce the frequency of information updates for the order book query function from night trading session on November 29, 2019 (Friday).

2.   We will close the order book query function from night trading session on December 30, 2019 (Monday).
