Technical Center for Industrial Products and Raw Materials Inspection and Testing of Shanghai Customs and China Certification & Inspection Group Shandong Co., Ltd. are the Designated Inspection Agencies of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange for the TSR 20 futures. To standardize the inspection practices in the physical delivery of the TSR 20 futures, in accordance with the Standard TSR 20 Futures Contract of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange, the Delivery Rules of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange and other relevant requirements, the above-mentioned Designated Inspection Agencies for the TSR 20 futures have jointly formulated the TSR 20 (Futures) Inspection Rules of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange, which has been filed with the Shanghai International Energy Exchange and is hereby notified.

Technical Center for Industrial Products and Raw Materials Inspection and Testing of Shanghai Customs, Ltd. and China Certification & Inspection Group Shandong Co., Ltd. will strictly abide by the TSR 20 (Futures) Inspection Rules of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange, spare no effort in providing fair and accurate inspection and testing technological services for all relevant parties in the physical delivery of the TSR 20 futures at the Shanghai International Energy Exchange.
