On October 12, 2018, HAN(Client ID: 00648070) conducted frequent order cancellation on crude oil contract SC1812 for the third time, which requires the Shanghai International Energy Exchange (hereinafter referred to as “INE”) to take actions pursuant to the Article 13 of Administration of Abnormal Trading Behaviors Rules of Shanghai International Energy Exchange. INE therefore decides to restrict the opening of any new positions by this client on crude oil contracts for one month.
