On June 13, 2018, ZHENG XX(Client ID: 03648508) conducted self trading on SC1809 for the third time, reaching the threshold of violation set by Shanghai International Energy Exchange (hereinafter referred to as “INE”). Therefore, according to the Article 13 of the Rules of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange for the Administration of Abnormal Trading Behaviors, INE decides to suspend the client from opening any new positions on crude oil contracts for one month.
