Shanghai International Energy Exchange (hereinafter referred to as “The Exchange”) has been investigating and punishing against violations as per relevant laws and rules, so as to strengthen the risk management of the futures market, regulate the futures trading activities and protect the legitimate rights and interests of futures market participants. The enforcement against such violations during March 2018 is listed as follows:

The Exchange traced and investigated two cases of trading behaviors that led to abnormal price fluctuations, and found no violation.

The Exchange dealt with five cases of abnormal trading behaviors, of which the frequent order cancellation had triggered stipulated limits.
