Having been reviewed by the Board of Directors on July 17, 2017, Shanghai International Energy Exchange (“INE”) has approved the membership of Qianqun Futures Co., Ltd pursuant to the Membership Management Rules of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange and relevant provisions.

For the next step, relevant futures firm shall enter into an agreement with INE and complete relevant procedures within thirty (30) trading days after receiving the notice of approval. If relevant procedures are not completed within the prescribed time, the futures firm is deemed to have voluntarily given up its membership.
