Recently, the Shanghai International Energy Exchange (hereinafter referred to as “INE”) has received the application materials of Hua Tai Rubber Company Limited.

In accordance with the Delivery Rules of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange, INE has decided as follows:

1. INE approves Hua Tai Rubber Company Limited to change its TSR 20 futures product belt design;

2. TSR20 produced by Hua Tai Rubber Company Limited (factory code: AX) on and after September 15th, 2022 with the new product belt design can be used for standard warrant

issuance and physical delivery. TSR20 produced before September 15th, 2022 under the original belt design can still be used for standard warrant issuance and physical delivery.

Standard warrants that have been issued under the original belt design can still be circulated until expiration.

All concerning parties shall attach great importance to relevant business and make sure that the delivery process run smoothly.
