On April 26, 2023, Wen(Client ID:02384990) conducted self trading on LSFO Futures（LU）2308 for the 3rd time, which requires the Shanghai International Energy Exchange(hereinafter referred to as “INE”) to take actions pursuant to the Article 12 of the Rules of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange for the Administration of Abnormal Trading Behaviors. INE therefore decides to restrict the opening of any new positions by this client on LSFO Futures contracts for 1 month.
