In accordance with applicable provisions of the Delivery Rules of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange, the Group Delivery Rules of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange and relevant business rules, Shanghai International Energy Exchange (“the Exchange”) has approved Shangdong Port Group Co., Ltd. as Group Delivery Center, Rizhao Oil Terminal Co., Ltd. and Qingdao Zhenhua Oil Storage Co., Ltd. as Designated Delivery Storage Facilities for crude oil futures.

1. The approved storage capacity of the Designated Delivery Storage Facility for Rizhao Oil Terminal Co., Ltd. is 400,000 m3, and the active storage capacity is 400,000 m3. The approved storage capacity of the Designated Delivery Storage Facility for Qingdao Zhenhua Oil Storage Co., Ltd. is 800,000 m3, and the active storage capacity is 800,000 m3.

2. As of the date of this Announcement, the Group Delivery Center and the Designated Delivery Storage Facilities as mentioned above shall conduct group delivery services in accordance with all relevant rules.
