On July 11, 2024, the aggregate position opening volume of Wu ×× (04935982) Group (Group Number: B6003289), a group of accounts with actual control relationship, exceeded the intraday position opening volume on Containerized Freight Index (Europe Service) Futures Contract EC2410 prescribed by the Shanghai International Energy Exchange (hereinafter referred to as “INE”) for the first time. This trading behavior has violated the Article 16 of the Rules of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange for the Administration of Abnormal Trading Behaviors. INE therefore decides to restrict the opening of any new positions by this group on corresponding contract for 5 trading days.

On July 11, 2024, the aggregate position opening volume of Wang ×× (05471431) Group (Group Number: B6004101), a group of accounts with actual control relationship, exceeded the intraday position opening volume on Containerized Freight Index (Europe Service) Futures Contract EC2504 prescribed by INE for the second time. This trading behavior has violated the Article 16 of the Rules of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange for the Administration of Abnormal Trading Behaviors. INE therefore decides to restrict the opening of any new positions by this group on corresponding contract for 1 month.
