Recently, Shanghai International Energy Exchange (hereinafter referred to as INE) has received the application of Qingdao Sinotrans Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. In accordance with the INE Delivery Rules and other applicable rules, we hereby decide to:

1. Approve Qingdao Sinotrans Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. to increase the approved storage capacity from 40,000 tons to 70,000 tons, and increase the active storage capacity from 40,000 tons to 70,000 tons.

2. Starting from the date of this Circular, Qingdao Sinotrans Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. shall offer designated delivery storage facility services for TSR20 futures according to the adjusted storage capacity, strictly abide by all relevant rules, strengthen operation management, and ensure the sound functioning of such services.
