On July 25, 2024, the aggregate position opening volume of Fang(01525873) Group (Group Number: B6004033), a group of accounts with actual control relationship, exceeded the intraday position opening volume on Containerized Freight Index (Europe Service) Futures Contract EC2502 and EC2504 prescribed by the Shanghai International Energy Exchange (hereinafter referred to as “INE”) for the first time. This trading behavior has violated the Article 16 of the Rules of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange for the Administration of Abnormal Trading Behaviors. INE therefore decides to restrict the opening of any new positions by this group on corresponding contracts for 5 trading days.
