Recently, Shanghai International Energy Exchange (hereinafter referred to as INE) has received the application of CMST Shandong International Logistics Co., Ltd. In accordance with the INE Delivery Rules and other applicable rules, we hereby decide to:

1. Approve CMST Shandong International Logistics Co., Ltd. to adjust the designated delivery storage site from No.45 Pengwan road, Qianwan Free Trade Zone, Qingdao, Shandong, to 1# Warehouse and 2# Warehouse, No. 68 Qianwangang Road, Qingdao Free Trade Zone, Shandong Province (CMST Bonded Warehouse). Meanwhile, we will approve its applications to increase the approved storage capacity from 10,000 tons to 30,000 tons, and to increase the active storage capacity from 10,000 tons to 15,000 tons.

2. Starting from the date of this Notice, CMST Shandong International Logistics Co., Ltd. shall offer designated delivery storage facility services according to the adjusted storage sites and approved storage capacity, strictly abide by all relevant rules, strengthen operation management, and ensure the sound functioning of such services.
