1 group of accounts for 2 clients involved in an actual control relationship did not report the information on Containerized Freight Index (Europe Service) Futures prescribed by the Shanghai International Energy Exchange (hereinafter referred to as “INE”). According to the Trading Rules of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange and the Administration of Accounts Involving Actual Control Relationship Rules of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange, INE therefore decides to restrict the opening of any new positions by these clients for 1 month and restrict the fund withdrawal by these clients.
